She takes an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Her background includes decades of work in mental health, from inpatient psychiatry to outpatient counseling and clinical supervision, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the emotional, behavioral, and medical factors that affect sleep. Julie partners with her clients to develop personalized strategies, foster resilience, and help restore restful, restorative sleep.
