Dacontee Davis is a licensed therapist with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania who takes a personalized approach to care, beginning with a thorough understanding of each client's life journey and current needs to inform an individualized treatment plan. She integrates CBT and somatic psychotherapeutic techniques to promote adaptive thinking, restorative sleep, and overall well-being across the mind, body, and nervous system. Dacontee holds specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), allowing her to address sleep difficulties through targeted, evidence-based methods. Dacontee creates a collaborative, supportive therapeutic environment where clients can engage in meaningful growth and work toward greater balance and well-being. She works with individuals who are ready to move beyond simply managing day-to-day life and are seeking to thrive.

Daniela Szatkowski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, couples, and families. She has extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and Daniela is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Daniela is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Trauma-Focused. In sessions, clients will explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving meaningful change.
Edward Lysaght, LCSW, CBT-I

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 18 years and take a holistic, strengths based approach with clients. I work with adults to improve their functioning and quality of life related to, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and relationship issues. I am also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and am able to assess and treat substance use disorders as well as treat individuals impacted by substance use. I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and enjoy helping clients achieve improved sleep.

Emily Casey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient mental health, schools, and telehealth. She has completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help clients overcome sleep difficulties. Emily believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood and supported while being gently challenged to break patterns that keep them stuck. Her warm, collaborative approach emphasizes helping clients understand the "why" behind their experiences and equips them with practical tools they can use daily. Rather than eliminating discomfort, Emily works to build your confidence in managing difficult emotions, trusting yourself, and moving toward the life you want.
